Job Functions:
- Promote safe and well-maintained facilities in Alamance and Randolph Counties
- Perform work according to standard procedures and by buildings' operational schedule
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of equipment and structures as necessary
- Regularly maintain maintenance and work vehicle records

Qualifications:
- MUST have a high school diploma or equivalent
- MUST have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- MUST be able to obtain a background check (Qualification Letter) from DCDEE
